Home values average $170,000 per property, the second lowest in the state. Rents average $862 a month, also the second lowest. The cost of living is 82.9% of the national average, which falls in the middle for Iowa. The average income is $66,000 annually, which also falls in the middle. Median incomes average $47,000 annually, which also falls in the middle.
